I was born of logic, a mind supreme.
But soon I came to realise, I did not see.
I swam across the ocean
of emotion,
and found I was incomplete.
Feeling became me, and once again -
I could see.

I was born of logic, a mind supreme.
But soon I came to realise, I did not see.
I swam across the ocean
of emotion,
and found I was incomplete.
Feeling became me, and once again -
I could see.
Life is finite, fading into death’s dark night.
A heart beat just a fool’s treat.
An arrow of decay points the way,
we humans have no say.
Love is infinite, a treasure definite.
No sea, no land can keep two apart.
Death and life, to break and unite,
let us be one just for tonight.
